Usage is the sum of upload and download in GiB. Quota enforcement is periodic and may allow minor overage.
Connections

Protocols: VMess, VLESS, authenticated SOCKS and HTTP. TCP/WebSocket are transport options. Edit a connection to select incoming IPv4 and direct-outbound source address. Upstream SOCKS routes keep their own network routing. User links are available in Users.
Outbound Proxies
Define upstream SOCKS5 or HTTP proxies here, then select them for connections. MTProto accepts individual SOCKS proxies and round-robin groups (including HTTP members). Deleting a referenced proxy is blocked.

Round-robin Groups
Each NEW TCP CONNECT selects the next SOCKS or HTTP member in round-robin order. Existing connections stay on their selected member. A failed member never falls back to direct Internet. Groups can be selected for Xray and Telegram MTProto connections.

User Connection Address
Use a domain or IP only; without http or port. This address is included in user links.
Panel & Managed Services
Interrupts active managed connections and signs you out. Does not reboot Windows or restart VPN/CCProxy. Stopped services remain stopped.
Independent Xray Control
Stop or Restart affects only the managed instance. Change the panel password in quota.json. Do not expose the HTTP panel directly to the Internet; use a secure tunnel or HTTPS reverse proxy.
Telegram MTProto
Independent Telegram proxy management. Outbound routes can use direct Internet access or a configured upstream SOCKS proxy. Limits and links here are separate from Xray.
MTProto Connections

Usage includes upload + download (GiB). Speeds are Mbps (megabits/second), shared across all connections belonging to each user, not per device. Zero quota, speed or max connections means unlimited. Expiry is entered in UTC. Links contain private credentials; share only with the intended user.
